What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Network Team Lead within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all task-specific activities within the Hotel Network Team. This includes the assignment of appropriate resources to ensure 100% completion of each assigned task in the group. The Hotel Network Team designs, implements, and manages the generic hotel lodging program for our diverse group of clients. You will report directly to the Custom Client Network Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Scheduling, allocating workloads, training, motivation, counseling, establishing goals and benchmarks, monitoring progress versus established goals
Building rapport with hotel contacts throughout management and franchise companies
Internal reporting, client reporting, and ensuring pre-determined deadlines are met
Provide input on each team member’s progress for performance evaluations
Assist the Director in tracking employee productivity, monitoring calls in the queue, and coaching staff based on established expectations and work performance
Provide communication and follow-up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company-related issues, changes, or actions
Handle escalation calls and follow through to resolve
Work with other departments and/or assist in resolving concerns
Identify concerns and communicate them to the Director
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Managers, or Sr. Vice President
Qualifications & Skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
A strong background in sales, purchasing, and customer service
Minimum three years of supervisory and/or management experience in a business environment preferred
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must have excellent time management ability and be able to prioritize tasks
Problem Solving
Associate degree or equivalent preferred
