What would your work schedule look like?

  • Monday- Friday
  • Rotating schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Occasional weekend work

How much could you make in this position?

  • $40,000 - $43,000/yr

What qualifications are needed?

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification

Corporate Fitness Works is seeking a fun loving, energetic team member who has a passion to make a difference in the health and well-being for clients at a corporate fitness site. Your unique and creative skills can lead to career growth opportunities at numerous sites located throughout the country!

 

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Oversee day-to-day fitness center operations
  • Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships
  • Develop safe and effective exercise programs; provide general supervision
  • Administer fitness assessments; provide results counseling
  • Assist members with reaching their personal training goals
  • Teach new and innovative group exercise classes
  • Develop and implement creative incentive and health promotion programs
  • Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
  • Supervise all facility staff and provide ongoing training and growth opportunities
  • Develop annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the program to ensure program success
  • Work with the client to establish goals for the facility
  • Implement programs achieve to facility goals and track ongoing progress
  • Lead ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
  • Manage facility budgets for supplies, programming and group exercise
  • Ensure ongoing upkeep and maintenance of equipment
