A healthy work life balance is essential:

• Monday - Friday
• Shifts are 7:00am-3:00pm and 10:00am-6:00pm
• No weekends and paid holidays!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
• Group exercise experience

• $37,000 - $39,000 per year
• Potential to earn additional income through Personal Training

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

• Provides superior customer service to members/clients and assists the team in overseeing general facility operations and services
• Develops safe and effective exercise programs; provides general supervision
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Administers fitness assessments; provides results counseling
• Assists members with reaching their personal fitness goals
• Participates in and gains exposure to a wide variety of fitness center operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations
• Participates in membership enrollment procedures
• Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and health promotion programs
• Assists in developing annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Interacts with client and members; establishes mutually beneficial relationships
• Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
• Supports ongoing budget management efforts
