What would your work schedule look like?

• Rotating shifts Monday through Friday:  5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 11am-7pm, 1pm-9pm.
• Alternating Weekends: 7am-3pm 

How much could you make in this position?

• $36,000 - $37,000/yr

What qualifications are needed?

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university in Exercise Science, Marketing, Sales or Business
• 1-3 Years commercial club membership sales experience
• Experience teaching Group Exercise
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

What would be your responsibilities?

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in the development of recruitment and retention goals
• Oversee membership saes process and performance
• Lead member recruiting efforts and participate in the membership enrollment process
• Develop, manage and track member retention efforts
• Interact with client and members; establish mutually beneficial relationships

What skills are required?

• Positive attitude, willing to have fun in a professional manner
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Innovative thinker
• Growth oriented
• Highly organized
• Experience in budgeting and finance preferred
