What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Corporate Housing Equipment?
This position requires basic knowledge and expertise in accounting and bookkeeping utilizing specific accounting software with bank interfaces.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Input of ALL transactions in accounting software for all related businesses and entities.
2. Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reconciliation of all transactions with adequate reporting for each period by company or entity. Highlighting significant changes or areas of concern.
3. Preparation of P&L for each period per entity.
4. Tax preparation and/or assistance with tax preparation for each entity annually.
5. Preparation of all payroll functions for any and all employees, contractors and sub-contractors.
6. Managing Accounts Payable to ensure no disconnects, billing errors, or missed payments.
7. Ensure credit ratings are superior and maintained by ensuring credit profiles on all entities, inclusive of company officer’s personal ratings are free of erroneous credit reporting (background check required). D&B ratings and credit ratings must be established and current while managed for continuous excellence in credit ratings.
8. Manage Accounts Receivables and all incoming revenues while collaborating with Marketing and Sales Team to ensure completion of all incoming revenue from sales, service, rentals, contracts, reimbursements, mortgage proceeds and draws from construction loans and agreements.
9. Work with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to prepare necessary projections and budgets.
10. Post diagrams, flowcharts, tables, and other related tracking and measuring tools to ensure cohesion with all entities and organizations.
11. Ensure proper documentation is kept current and up-to-date for all entities and prepare documentation for any new entities.
12. Establish, setup, and maintain any new accounts required in each entity.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
