Summary/Objectives:
This position is responsible for developing profitable service sales for Corporate Interiors. The WPC – Services will sell CI’s entire portfolio of services as well as identify and develop new services to add to the portfolio. The primary objective of this position is to identify and develop major long-term service agreements with larger corporate, education and healthcare accounts. This position will work closely with the CI sales team to develop service sales at existing customers as well as work independently to develop their own customers. Corporate Interiors is a relationship driven company that builds long term customers through an integrated portfolio of products and services that support the customers’ daily workplace needs.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Sales-Contacts regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Recommend products and services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests and answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs. Prepare comprehensive service and asset management proposals including brokerage agreements and long term service contracts.
Territory Development- Identifies prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Monitors market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Participates in promotional activities (telemarketing, direct mail, follow ups, etc.). Actively participates in network events to develop business leads.
Order Management- Estimates or quotes prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Supervises and monitors status of orders. Obtains credit information and reviews CI, terms and conditions. Reviews customers purchase order and purchasing policy to remove any payment obstacles, as well as obtain deposit. Prepares order and instructions to manufacturers, reviews details with support.
Administrative- Performs administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. Prepares instructions for delivery and installation involving appropriate CI personnel. Follows post installation details and audits. Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Assist with projects under close supervision of Project Manager and Designer. Obtains credit information and reviews CI, terms and conditions
Customer Relations-Develops strong relationships and an atmosphere of trust with the customer. Obtain high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel to client locations are expected for this position.
