Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a highly motivated and passionate Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on creating innovative solutions for our core medical staffing business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and Compliance, Dev and Product Design to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth. Essential Functions
- Be the voice of the customer and have a deep understanding of the market to help shape the strategic roadmap.
- Identify and prioritize problems that need to be solved through data analysis and customer feedback.
- Create, prioritize and own the feature level roadmap and clearly articulate the customer problem/need with each outlined feature.
- Analyze product data to understand user behavior and to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with individuals and teams throughout the company to ensure successful training and rollout of new features.
- Evaluate competitors and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our products remain innovative and competitive.
- Communicate effectively with all necessary departments to ensure successful training and rollout of new features.

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected hours worked
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required
Required Education and Experience
- An understanding of agile principles and the openness to coaching on agile principles
- A business background, with the ability to work with technologically savvy people
- 2-3 years previous experience in similar role

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years previous experience in similar role
