What You’ll Be Doing Everyday…
- Support the product team in various tasks, including product research, data analysis, and documentation
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments regarding sample product-related inquiries and issues
- Gather product weights, dimensions, and measurements for estimates
- Assist warehouse with new packaging and quality control.
- Coordinate wholesale, marketing, creative, and DTC sample requests
- Coordinate sample distribution by understanding product development’s needs and communicating with vendors, receiving, tagging, and distributing samples
- Manage sample documentation and storage
- Coordinate field testing samples
- Manage spare parts and sample liquidation
What You’ll Need…
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, not required
- 2 years of experience in a business setting (office, retail, or similar) supporting cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn is essential
- Proficient in basic computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
- Flexible and adaptable to organizational needs and new challenges
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in product development and innovation
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00 – $22.00 The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
