What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Assistant position at Corporate Title, Inc.?

We are a fun, family oriented, Attorney owned Title Company. We are looking for someone to open files and help with post closing.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has title and/or real estate experience. This is a detailed position that requires accuracy and organization.

The Title Assistant position plays a supportive role in closing and opening new Title files and works closely with our Title Processors. Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling the necessary documents to open new files
  • Communicating with the parties involved in the sale
  • Ordering Estoppels
  • Post Closing Duties
  • Gathering property and file information
  • Responds to inquiries from real estate agents and parties involved in the sale
  • Reviews and validates the accuracy and completeness of data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Title: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
