We are a fun, family oriented, Attorney owned Title Company. We are looking for someone to open files and help with post closing.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has title and/or real estate experience. This is a detailed position that requires accuracy and organization.
The Title Assistant position plays a supportive role in closing and opening new Title files and works closely with our Title Processors. Responsibilities Include:
- Handling the necessary documents to open new files
- Communicating with the parties involved in the sale
- Ordering Estoppels
- Post Closing Duties
- Gathering property and file information
- Responds to inquiries from real estate agents and parties involved in the sale
- Reviews and validates the accuracy and completeness of data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
