Position Purpose: Oversees creative development across all channels (TV, Online/Digital, Direct Mail) ensuring the output aligns with the strategic objective. Develops repeatable, scalable processes to ensure accurate, efficient, best in class, compliant Marketing creative and strategies are achieved. These would include but not be limited to: Corporate review, test & learn, end to end creative through production, versioning and proper tracking alignment, coordinated across key stakeholders. Assesses agency and vendor resources to ensure we have partners to help achieve our long-term vision to continue to scale and grow Ambetter Health and WellCare lines of business.• Combines high level strategic thinking with “roll-up your sleeves to make it happen” mindset• Communicates the status updates, timing, and implementation plan with Leadership team
• Develops creative, data-driven solutions to complex problems that increase the return on marketing investments
• Shapes insights needs & development as an active partner with the line of business and strategic marketing and determine best pathway and approach to execute with market research and marketing analytics teams
• Package insights captured and assured implementation and execution across all line of business and marketing touch points to assure maximization of insights as well as assure measurement of success and ROI of the insights development efforts
• Identifies available research and analytics throughout the company, package and share, as well determines gaps in the insights and opportunities to both augment and leverage to increase marketing impact on our growth initiatives
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. 8 years of related experience in healthcare primarily in a marketing strategy and/or creative role. Creative development informed by data and insights across consumer journey from awareness to enroll. Manage agency and vendor partners: tracking spend, managing workload/day to day. Display strong leadership abilities through change management.
Strong communication skills verbal and written to guide conversations, conflict resolution. Relationship building to establish and build key relationships across the organization. 3 years of supervisory/management experience required.
This position is open to candidates working remotely anywhere in the US. It will require quarterly travel for in-person team meetings in various locations.
