TITLE: Content Coordinator
The Content Coordinator is a member of the Marketing Communications team and plays a key role in enabling the success of medical lead, field specialist, and brand team efforts in a dynamic, diverse and growing business unit. The Content Coordinator also is responsible for executional excellence, and ensuring that all communications tactics relevant to content reviews and approval are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget.
No particular background - must be someone with strong attention to detail, highly organized, problem solver, great communication skills
No systems knowledge required. Veeva Vault would be great, but not necessary
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if this person is a quick learner, efficient in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is organized (HS Diploma or equivalent required)

- Understand and “own” the content review and approval process for new and expiring materials for a set of brands and ensure that it is followed consistently.
- Work with all key internal stakeholders (including marketing, medical leads, specialists, regulatory, legal) to secure approval of communications pieces.
