Cortica is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis Associate Site Manager to join its growing team!
In this role, you will support the ABA Site Lead in overseeing a Cortica Center’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program in its entirety. You will lead teams of clinical staff including Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists to serve the children and families at across clinics. What will you do?
- Serve as a direct supervisor for ABA Supervisors, providing case-management, addressing clinical challenges and overseeing team productivity
- Assist in ensuring outstanding experiences at the site for team members, parents, and patients alike; this may include making modifications to the physical space, procuring appropriate materials, optimizing room assignments, managing performance issues, addressing staff and patient cancellations, and other duties as necessary
- Maintain an on-site leadership presence at the Cortica hub site or spoke, as assigned, during the majority of operating hours
- Complete Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica’s model and guidelines from the BACB and insurance companies
- Complete Assessment and Treatment plans and progress reports in the allotted timeline provided by insurance (payor) authorizations
- Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists (BI)
- Interview and select ABA candidates for the program and support new team member onboarding
- Manage time-off requests, and work closely with the ABA Site Lead to optimize authorized hours and BI schedules
- Ensure quality clinical care and meet all minimum supervisory and parent training hours as well as weekly productivity expectations
- Step in to bill more if needed to support increased demand for care and the growth of the program and/or spoke
- Ensure monthly supervision to RBT’s in their pod and in the pods of their direct reports, completing required documentation and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences
- Monitor and update programming aspects of each client’s clinical case and update the team accordingly
- Meet with ABA Site Lead regularly to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews as needed
- Participate in meetings as assigned (Clinical Integration Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Performance Management meetings, Rounds, etc.)
- Serve as a representative of the Cortica ABA program, demonstrating professionalism with all families and colleagues in written and spoken communication as well as through professional attire and demeanor
- Support all safety initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if:
- You possess a master’s degree in a Human Services or a related field.
- You possess a current BCBA certification.
- You have 5 years of working knowledge of ABA practice and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism in home, school, community and/or group settings.
- You are skilled at using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
- You have knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this opening is $89,866.67 to $101,100. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
