Cortica is looking for a full time Site Operations Manager to join its growing team in Scottsdale, AZ!
As Site Operations Manager, you will serve as Cortica’s first level of leadership for site operations, with oversight responsibilities for the assigned location in a rapidly growing organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Cortica’s strategic goals and mission translate into successful tactical operations, directly oversee clinical (DT and ABA), medical, office administration, and support staff to achieve departmental goals, and work closely with the Area Director to further Cortica’s culture of excellence and teamwork.

What will you do?
- Manage, coach, and mentor administrative and clinical support teammates at assigned site, providing both day-to-day support and long-term career development of team members.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on effective communication, fostering collaboration, establishing clear goal frameworks, and driving performance through metrics-oriented approaches.
- Oversee daily operations of the site, with a deep understanding of operational flow for all clinical disciplines and departments.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to improve customer experiences, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Coordinate and lead trainings, special events, and meetings as needed.
- Monitor and manage line items on P&L such as center expenses and supply inventory.
- Review monthly invoices and liaise with corporate Accounts Payable.
- Understand center finances and productivity metrics, and make related decisions that are financially viable, showing a keen stewardship of resources.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Cortica Care Model and articulate it to families and teammates when needed.
- Support safety initiatives for the site and demonstrate a sincere interest in team member and patient wellbeing.
- Be on-site daily during most of the site’s daily operating hours and ensure there is appropriate leadership coverage on site.
- Lead by example, demonstrate maturity, and exude professionalism.
- Exemplify Cortica’s core values and communicate our vision and mission to team members and customers as needed.
- Ensure that facilities and maintenance issues are addressed promptly and that the site always maintains a professional look per the company’s standardization guidelines.
- Support the Operations Administrator(s) for operational site concerns or issues (e.g. physical space, materials, room assignments, cancellations, etc.).
- Partner with the Area Director on the maintenance, development, preparation, and interpretation of center reports.
- Cross-train on all administrative duties in order to provide coverage and train teams as needed.

- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree with equivalent work experience.
- You have 5 years of practical experience in office settings, preferably in healthcare.
- You have 3 years of management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- You have 1 year of P&L management experience.

The base pay range for this opening is $74,755 - $84,100. According to your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location, you will receive compensation that fits appropriately within the range.
