Job Overview
As a Groundskeeper, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the landscapes around buildings and facilities making sure that the community always looks its best.
Roles You Will Play
- Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition
- Clean interior and exterior areas of buildings on a daily basis as well as performing additional seasonal cleaning tasks
- Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately on a daily basis
- Assist in all types of maintenance requests and resident functions as needed
