Job Purpose Summary

• We are seeking a Clean Room Assembler with an engaging and generous spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Operator will perform production operations associated with Class I and Class II Medical Devices.
  
  

What you will do

• Assure personal and peer safety are maintained.
• Assure product and patient quality are maintained.
• Perform Production Assembly Operations:
• Gluing
• Sealing
• Drilling
• Assembly
• Pouching
• Packaging
• Quality Assurance
• Vacuum Checks
• Blade Inspection
• Final Device Inspection
• Assure machinery and work areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator.
• Document all necessary steps at the time of completion.

What you will need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to read and comprehend directions.
• Strong initiative / self-starter.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experiences include:
• 2 years Production experience
• Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience
• Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong attendance record.
