We pay a competitive hourly pay starting at $15.00 -17.00 DOE. Our executive team also enjoys monthly lunch and learns, quarterly activities, ice cream social on Thursdays, 2 weeks of PTO (one during Christmas and one in July) as well as additional PTO. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Each day, you can be found setting up LLC's for clients, responding to emails and managing workflow of the business setup process. Your passion for accuracy and attention to detail help you excel in this position.

You love keeping tasks on track, but also enjoy interacting with people. You work with multiple clients to gather and create all the necessary information and documents for their newly setup business. You are never bored and find great satisfaction in providing an essential service for our appreciative team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge of general office equipment

WORK SCHEDULE
