Cosette wine bar and bottle shop is looking for an opening Chef, who is excited is about food and looking for an opportunity to create a small but intentional ingredient driven program of cheeses, charcutiere, seasonal salads and produce forward small plates. The Chef supports the owner, following her specifications and guidelines. He/She is responsible for planning and managing food preparation in the wine bar kitchen.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
