What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Prevention Specialist position at Costco Wholesale?
- Protects company from external/internal theft, observes/report potential security hazards , investigates/detains subjects when necessary,completes reports,cooperates/works with law enforcement agencies as needed. Position can include walking perimeter of building up to 8 hrs per day. Experience required for position should include verifiable experience in the actual detection/observation/apprehension/interviewing skills utilizing the required steps for apprehensions/.
Candidates should possess good organizational/report documentation/communication skills with attention to detail, be able to perform professionally/remain calm in stressful situations
Experience in the operation of camera systems is helpful. Prefer only candidates with 3 yrs experience working in Loss Prevention
