Overview

Build and maintain relationships with our customers while carrying out the tasks of your job in a complete, urgent and accurate way.

Your paycheck

The only way we have income in the company is by customers shopping with us. The monies you receive in the form of a paycheck, comes from our customers. Be sure you treat each and every customer as if your paycheck is coming from THEM. Remember, THE CUSTOMER IS KING. No customers, no company.

Everything in our stores cost us money. The merchandise, supplies, equipment, fixtures, signs, EVERYTHING! Treat everything you can see as MONEY.

Accountability

We hold you accountable to understand and carry out the functions of your job. If you need training, clarification, explanation on ANYTHING, please ask. If you do not get satisfaction at store level feel free to contact your District Manager or the Human Resources department.

Give Input

Advise the store management of ideas and suggestions on how to make Costello’s better on your own initiative or on request.

Job Functions

· Stay 100% focused on sales and customers

· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, deliver product

· Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales leads

· Drive B2B sales companywide

· Keeps management informed by communicating activity and results on a daily basis

· Works closely with key inside sales representatives to create new leads and service existing customers

· Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques

· Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Meets or exceeds goals determined by management, in specific period

· Take initiative to learn product knowledge

· Take initiative to learn selling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
