Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary

As the company’s public face, the sales associate is responsible for dealing with any

customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A sales

associate is expected to continuously update their knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with

merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.

-Achieving established goals.

-Directing customers to merchandise within the store.

-Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

-Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

-Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to actively approach customers you may

see need additional help.

-Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to the different needs of our customers and

advise them on the best solutions.

-Have an e-commerce mindset and an interest in internet sales.

-Enthusiastic about social media marketing, experience in FB Group operation, and

Offline promotion for customer acquisition is preferred.

Responsibility
Shop Operation
1. supervise sales and service performance, report questions, and improve

2. help clerks with meeting customers' needs, deal with customers' complaints, improve customer satisfaction

3. hold regular working meetings, revise previous working performance with clerks, develop a further working project

4. responsible for the operation of shop promotion activities and afterward summary

5. follow company rules, execute supervisor's instructions, and complete the company mission

6. conduct live broadcasts on product presentations regularly 7. help shoot brand promotion videos regularly
Sorting
1. analysis, examination and report of operation data

2. responsible for the document management and the expense account

3. responsible for inventory checking and data accuracy

4. ensure the accuracy of inventory records, in order to meet the demand for daily sales

5. ensure the inventory booking correspondence with the actual stock
Basic
1. follow company rules

2. comply with manager's management, complete working mission

3. cooperate with the manager about inventory checks, have an intimate knowledge of inventory status

4. know well about products name, specialty, and position in the shop
Pre-operation
1. open the door and turn on the power to keep light, music, and video on operation, ensure the completeness of the shop's outlooking

2. keep clean for the shop and storeroom

3. self appearance examine

4. responsible for the products supplement and adjustment, arrange the products position by rules and keep tidy

5. examine products' status and replace unqualified products in time

6. examine warning sign position and replace damaged and faded ones

7. organize the storeroom and examine the inventory level
During-operation
1. responsible for the customer reception, providing customer consultation and service

2. clean the shop and rearrange the messed products

3. arrange the products and make the supplement routinely

4. handle customer complaints during working time

5. responsible for unloading the products carefully, rub, hit and throwing products is forbidden

6. report to the manager when facing questions

7. report to the manager when losing products

8. do live streaming on product presentations regularly

9. help shoot brand promotion videos regularly
After-operation
1. check inventory, make daily supplements and record

2. turn off the electricity, lock the window and door

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening,

weekends, and holidays

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job

functions, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process

register transactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
