POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees the preparation and service of food for both Cotogna and Quince
- Supporting Executive Pastry chef(s) of Quince and Cotogna in all BOH operations and communicates goals for the kitchen department and overall vision for the restaurants
- Management of labor
- Controlling inventories
- Assists in the enforcement of health and safety standard in the kitchen, walk ins and dry storage
POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- Culinary degree preferred but not necessary
- One year experience as a Sous Chef in a similar concept
- Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
