This position is a support role for the CPFR- Sr. Manager. Critical and front facing interaction supporting the Coty Customer Sales Team, External Customer Relations, and Internal Customer Operational Support. The role will be responsible for collaborating with functional teams to best supply guidance in demand planning, sales planning, and customer interface. As well as managing Logistical planning, demand forecasting, planogram updates, vendor compliance, concealed and case shortage root causing, & returns and markdowns management will be a few of the support responsibilities of the role.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Serves as order trend expert for customer items; in-depth review of store / oh hand levels while partnering with the Customer Business Analyst to maximize sales.
  • Performance Reporting - monitors and reports on key performance metrics, assigns causes for out of tolerance performance; initiates actions to improve on-time and in-full, forecast accuracy, replenishment, inventory and service as indicated by customer.
  • Investigates stocking, delivery and product activity problems, finds root causes and develops and implements solutions with the Customer
  • Proactively establishes and implements countermeasures to negative trends.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve process flow and/or reduce variation
  • Full ownership of vendor compliance, case shortage and concealed shortage root causing and action planning.
  • Full ownership of returns and markdowns management and reporting.
  • Take full Supply ownership of the customer supply chain, continuous improvements and customer driven events.
  • Deep understanding of customer's systems to align with external drivers to identify replenishment opportunities with keen focus on promotional and item life cycle events
  • Drives the Forecasting process and collaborative support with the NAM's for business planning
  • Owner of the monitoring and communication of customer's internal forecast and inventory targets to Demand Planning
  • Utilize customer data and sales intelligence and validate and influence the forecast.
  • Communicate item forecast issues with Customer Replenishment and NAM teams
  • Understand business drivers and brand strategies
  • Flow inventory through supply chain to maximize shelf presence and service targets on a daily and strategic horizon
  • Lead projects to drive store execution and reduce waste in the customer supply chain
  • Evaluate Customer Scorecard and review for compliance
  • Identify and execute Supply Chain Efficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 2 years of related business experience in CPFR, Supply Chain, or Forecasting
  • Travel: Maybe 1X per year
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills; demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical experience specific Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Access a plus
  • Power user of Retail Link, Laminate or POL knowledge
  • Solid analytical, communication, leadership skills required
  • Manage multiple priorities in a constant changing environment
  • Build strong partnerships with customer and drive sales / ships while at the same time driving improved Service, Cost, and Cash for Coty
  • Be viewed as a leader amongst direct reports, peers, and Sr. Leadership
  • Demonstrate ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter taking ownership to seek out answers and key learnings independently
  • Must be a "problem solver" with Supply Chain knowledge
  • Retail experience with mass accounts preferred
