Job Title: Financial  Analyst Servicing

COUNTERPOINTE ENERGY SERVICES
Commercial Mortgage and PACE Financing
POSITION IS NOT REMOTE

Job Overview:
The position will provide support for customers and investors with inquiries and requests, general accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry duties along with general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Communicating with customers, investors and third parties via email and phone.
  • Finalizing data, preparing final report summary and submitting to investors.
  • Processing day to day financial transactions and reconciling account balances.
  • Completing payoff requests and releases.
  • Preparing and reviewing third party payments and investor remittances.
  • Validating and producing data for submission to third parties.
  • Performing audits to ensure adherence to agency guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mortgage or Consumer Lending Experience.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong competency level in Excel.
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in mortgage or consumer lending.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
