Job Function: *Provide general support to lending staff by breaking-down loan files, imaging, indexing and
maintain loan files on the Imaging system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Assemble and break-down loan files to be scanned.
- Image/scan loan files and appended items
- Index scanned files
- Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications/ Required Skills and Abilities: *
- One or more years of prior experience in imaging/scanning and/or indexing in a loan operations department or other professional environment preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills are important.
- Must have strong customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer and office equipment utilization is essential.
