Full Job Description
A front desk agent is responsible for checking hotel guests in and out of their rooms. They are responsible for ensuring that every single guest has an enjoyable experience at the hotel. A Hotel Front Desk Agent must have the ability to complete diverse tasks in order to maintain an efficient front desk area of any hotel.
Night Auditor shift 11pm to 7 am
Responsibilities include:
- Managing excellent guest experience throughout guest stay
- Creating accurate reservations and receipts
- Coordinating with other hotel departments
- Handling guest requests
- Cash and credit card handling
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
Qualifications for Front Desk Agent
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Amazing interpersonal abilities
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Amazing time management skills
- Incredibly detail oriented
- Able to work nights and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
