Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit an outgoing, personable Sales Coordinator to assist the Director of Sales. Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is a vibrant senior community that incorporates the nostalgic former Collegeville Inn building into its construction of 113 senior apartments. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales with all marketing functions, along with other administrative duties.

- Program Planning and Management: maintaining census and database, coordination between all departments, assist with marketing events, maintaining marketing inventory, etc.
- Program Implementation: Coordination of the move-in process, prepares welcome packets and other literature/agreements, assists new residents and families during their transition to their new home, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with sales, preferably in the senior care environment, a plus
- Education: Position requires a minimum educational attainment of a high school diploma or GED. An advanced degree is desired, but sufficient experience can be used in place of an advanced degree.
- Certification / License: Must have a valid PA driver’s license and be willing to submit to an annual Motor Vehicle Record Checks.
