What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rapid Rehousing Case Manager position at County of Merrimack?
Using a Housing First Approach to provide comprehensive case management and prevention services to individuals and families fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence and who are at risk or are experiencing homelessness in Merrimack County. Work includes identifying housing needs, housing placement, development of a stability plan, and providing referrals for mainstream resources including employment, child care and other needs.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or University with major course work in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field and two years of related experience working in prevention or education field, with a focus on trauma informed practices or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledges, skills and abilities.
Salary : $27 - $37
