Hiring Timelines & Dates:
- Job Offer and Background Process begins shortly after the interview.
- Pre-employment Medical Screening: Approximately 3 days following successful background investigation results.
- Anticipated Start Date: Start date will be based upon successful completion of medical screening or other mutually agreed upon date.
A total of four (4) years of experience:
1. Two (2) years of experience as a Program Specialist II, Alcohol & Drug Program Specialist, or Administrative Analyst II, or the equivalent or higher experience in a social services agency; AND
2. Two (2) years of supervisory experience while working in the capacity of a Program Specialist II, Alcohol & Drug Program Specialist, Administrative Analyst II, Supervising Human Services Specialist, or Supervising Human Services Control Specialist, or the equivalent or higher experience in a social services agency. Supervision of clerical, technical or professional staff qualifies.
Note: A bachelor's degree may substitute for one (1) year of any of the above experience, with the exception of the two (2) years of supervisory experience that is required.
