What We're Looking For
Countybank is seeking a Senior Trust Officer. The Senior Trust Officer will report to the Chief Banking Officer. The associate in this position will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Trust Department while mentoring and leading a team of Trust experts. They will be responsible for managing a book of client relationships with administrative and relationship management responsibility. This position requires fiduciary expertise and the capability and capacity to implement complex decisions regarding all client account management. A Senior Trust Officer should possess a keen understanding of the importance of confidentiality, and a commitment to embracing and applying a high standard of service to our clients, communities and your fellow associates.

Since 1990, the Foundation has contributed more than one million dollars to a wide variety of local civic, educational and cultural programs, including the establishment of several college scholarships and endowments.
