Job Overview:
Court 16 is seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategies, drive growth through data-driven insights, and oversee a seamless customer experience across our online platforms. This role offers the opportunity to shape and implement marketing initiatives that directly impact the success of our tennis clubs, while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, your role will encompass several core functions:
Online Marketing Campaign Management
- Help with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- Help develop strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Data Analysis
- Analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Generate insights and make data-driven recommendations to inform future marketing strategies and business decisions.
Digital Customer Journey
- Help oversee and continuously enhance the digital customer journey, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly experience from initial contact to ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Website and Team Management
- Report on the performance and functionality of the Court 16 website, leveraging platforms such as Squarespace, Mindbody, and HubSpot.
- Report on the website development, ensuring high-quality user experience, regular updates, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Mobile App Management
- Help oversee the development and performance of our mobile app, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and the needs of our user base.
- Work closely with app developers and marketing teams to enhance app functionalities.
Performance Tracking
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives to measure effectiveness and progress towards business objectives.
- Help prepare reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Experience with website management tools (Squarespace, Mindbody, HubSpot) and mobile app development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and drive growth initiatives.
