Job Posting for Director of Nursing at Courtyard Gardens Nursing Home
Our privately owned facility is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing. Salary will be based on experience and expertise pertaining to the position.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to
Supervising all nursing staff
Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
Recruiting, training and onboarding new nursing staff
Providing ongoing education classes
Implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care and initiate appropriate actions
Make daily resident rounds and report status of resident status and nursing care to the Administrator
Supervise and implement actions and goals developed in the residents’ Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
