Job Summary
Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the Company's group insurance benefit programs; group health, dental, life insurance, other supplemental coverage, 401(k).
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred and or benefits certification; three to five years related benefits experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer literate in appropriate software. Excellent oral and written skills preferred. Strong organizational skills required.
Salary : $56,700 - $71,800
