Job Description
- Plans, directs and guides the activities of a staff of adjusters in the investigation and settlement of claims
- Supervises, leads, motivates, and provides direction to the unit adjusters and support staff
- Manages clients in the areas of claims administration and litigation through benchmarking, loss analysis and general performance measurement reports
- Provides guidance to staff on coverage, liability and damage analysis, specifcally on severe and complex claims
- Provides oversight of all staff claims handling activities, including pursuit of subrogation, third party recoveries and application of credits and offsets
- Meets with clients for claim reviews or other client functions
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
10 years insurance/TPA/Title 59 claims experience
2-3 years managerial experience
Preferred Experience:
6 years minimum Liability/Casualty insurance experience preferred

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $69,594.00 - $93,357.00 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
