The 3PL Returns Specialist Lead is responsible for leading daily interactions with return vendors, training, and process development. Provides support for designated 3PL programs. Processing of returns transactions and reporting.
Position Description / Responsibilities:
- Processes 3PL Return transactions in a timely manner.

Documents and updates all return issues properly in Salesforce.

Works collaboratively with the DC, Customer Care, Program Management, and our destruction company partners as needed.

Processes appropriate credit/debit memos in accordance with program policies.

Proactively identifies trends in issues whenever possible and reports them to management and the appropriate Program Manager.

Uses creative thinking to find resolution on behalf of the end user and program customer.

Responsible for creating SOP’s and training documents pertaining to the 3PL Returns Program.
