The 3PL Returns Specialist Lead is responsible for leading daily interactions with return vendors, training, and process development. Provides support for designated 3PL programs. Processing of returns transactions and reporting.

Position Description / Responsibilities:

  • Processes 3PL Return transactions in a timely manner.
  • Documents and updates all return issues properly in Salesforce.
  • Works collaboratively with the DC, Customer Care, Program Management, and our destruction company partners as needed.
  • Processes appropriate credit/debit memos in accordance with program policies.
  • Proactively identifies trends in issues whenever possible and reports them to management and the appropriate Program Manager.
  • Uses creative thinking to find resolution on behalf of the end user and program customer.
  • Responsible for creating SOP’s and training documents pertaining to the 3PL Returns Program.
  • Problem solving and numerical reconciliation skills.

Shift Details: LaVergne, TN and Mason, OH (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST) Louisville, KY (Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm EST) *Training starts on December 12, 2022. Training scheduled hours may vary.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • General Computer and Keyboarding Skills
  • Knowledge of 3PL returns processes
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • 2 years of Customer care experience
  • Salesforce - Proficient

Critical Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively learn in a remote training environment
  • 1 years of experience processing Credits, debits, and returns
  • Atten to detail
  • SAP experience
  • Citizenship
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work within given Schedule Adherence tolerances

Preferred Requirements:
  • 2-year Degree
  • Lean/Six Sigma Training/Certification

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$15.62 - $26.04
