QUALITIES/EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Patience as you learn more about our clients and our clients learn more about you.
- Familiar with diversity in communication – not all of our clients are verbal communicators so someone who has experience with (or a drive to find) alternative ways to communicate would excel in this role!
- Knows the importance of building trust with our clients, their families and with our community partners.
- Comfortable providing hand on cares and assistance with ADLs
- Is at least 18 years old and has a valid driver’s license or can obtain one within 3 months.
THE OTHER STUFF:
- Positions Open: Full time 1st shift
- PAID training to include, on-the-job training, CPR/First Aid certifications, behavioral training, safety and much more. We are working hard to give our Caregivers the career growth they are looking for!
- BENEFITS:
- Regular Full-Time (avg 30 hours/week): medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Jury Duty, Bereavement, Simple IRA, Referral Bonus
- Regular Part-Time employees (avg 20-29 hours/week): PTO, Paid Holidays, Bereavement, Jury Duty, Simple IRA, Referral Bonus
