- DevOps Tools : NewRelic, AWS CodeBuild, TeamCity, Splunk
- Testing Framework : Selenium Grid with Specflow
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a team of software engineers that design and develop code that consistently adheres to good programming practices
- Build automation tests to test backend APIs
- Build automation tests to test front end UI's
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using industry standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and technologists to solve business problems
- Live by Agile (particularly Scrum) principles and collaborate with team members using Agile techniques including test driven development, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain Cox Automotives position as an industry leader by exploring new technologies, languages, and techniques in the rapidly evolving world of high volume data processing
What We Look For (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
- Passionate technologists with an innovative mindset
- 2 years of professional application development experience with a proven ability to deliver projects on time
- C#, C , or some other type of Object Oriented Programing experience.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing on AWS is preferred
- Experience with designing and implementing automation test frameworks
- Database development skills, including advanced SQL, relational and NoSQL database technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work with team members to deliver projects on deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
