The Marketing Manager, Campaign Planning and Execution serves as a key contributor within the Marketing organization. The role participates and influences the campaign targeting strategy and planning along with the Cox Business Marketing team and boundary partners. The position is responsible for managing the execution of a broad range of tactics and campaigns ensuring they are executed on time, accurately and aligned to the campaign strategy and plan. The role will utilize Salesforce Customer Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud for local and national campaigns including acquisition, customer journeys, and nurturing. The position will collaborate with the Marketing teams to create communication strategies that will ultimately optimize the automation tools within the various Salesforce applications.

What You'll Do
- Utilize Salesforce Customer Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud for audience targeting and campaign execution that reduces manual processes and drives efficiencies.
- Manage campaign timelines and multichannel execution of campaigns, customer communications and special projects.
- Participate in strategy sessions with Marketing, Product, Research and other boundary partners on program development, strategy, and execution.
- Process and project management of high volume of campaigns and programs including but not limited to direct mail, outbound telemarketing, digital and social programs, and email.
- Translate strategy requirements into technical data requirements needed to build campaigns.
- Customer Data Cloud audience workflow building, manage program criteria and waterfall counts to ensure accuracy of target criteria and volumes, and QA.
- General knowledge of SQL/Automation Studio within Marketing Cloud
- Liaison with key external vendors to handoff final deliverables for execution as needed and ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
- Works closely with print vendors and verifies proofs for creative, offers and sign off on final target counts.
- Spearhead implementation of new initiatives and optimization of current initiatives such as: acquisition and customer journeys, enhanced segmentation, use of new and existing propensity models and other data to determine the appropriate target audiences and counts.
- Understanding of Journey Builder Cloud activities, including but not limited to Task and Lead Creation.
- Monitor all campaign KPI's and work proactively to optimize the campaign's effectiveness partnering with Analytics and the SMB and Enterprise Strategy teams.
- Accountable for all elements of campaign process.

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Management and Execution, with the ability to multi-task and manage many deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CDC (Customer Data Cloud)
- Knowledge of SQL Query/Automation Studio and Interaction Studio
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail oriented and strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time independently and juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Preferred
- Degree or experience in related discipline strongly desired
- Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other Salesforce Marketing applications
- Knowledge of Datorama
- Experience in telecommunications industry
