This role is responsible for ensuring that Technology employees are enabled with what they need to perform their job from a knowledge perspective. Ensures that strategies are developed and implemented to ensure our teams have access to the right type of content and understand the technology to perform to the best of their ability.

Ensures that strategies are developed and implemented to ensure our teams have access to the right type of content and understand the technology to perform to the best of their ability.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develops and leads processes and programs that impact the achievement of department results by connecting employees with the type of work they do, including changes to employee Technology tools, processes, and procedures.
- Provides Technology advice across major initiatives company wide.
- Packages Technology elements into repeatable deployments such as Meeting-in-a-Box
- Implements strategy that supports Technology departments and Senior Vice President-level leaders with key messaging to employees related to their positions, including business operations updates, EOY messages, all-hands, leader meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Leverages technical and operational department expertise to resolve and address critical and complex issues.
- Manages continuous integration environments and associated deployment pipelines across platforms such as CoxOne.
- Provides critical input into new processes, standards, and initiatives.
- Directs projects with broad, cross-Technology business impact.
- Leverages broad business understanding to investigate and resolve problems with cross-organization and Technology department impacts.
- Creates and uses data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the enablement programs and channels and adjusts as necessary.
- Develops content that helps tell the story about Technology or our network to drive business decisions.
- Collaborates closely with Public Affairs
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in Technology enablement.
- Operates with extensive latitude, exercising independent judgment and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 20 years' experience in a related field
- Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
- Experience managing Technology enablement for large teams.
- Project management experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Technical proficiency in understanding technologies associated with a broadband or technology company.
Preferred:
Experience in Telecommunications or Broadband industries desired.
