You will support employees by educating them on their benefits options, sharing stories, and creating wellness opportunities, and the organization by ensuring employee data is accurate & processed appropriately. You will work closely with the HRIS team and assist with Service Now cases. Essential Functions: Answer employee HRIS questions and act as primary responder for Workday@coyote.com Assist with data entry and imports in Workday Maintain organizational charts auditing supervisory orgs weekly and updating as needed Run weekly HR reports and format/save in the appropriate place Maintain HRIS SOPs Train HR team members and managers on system basics and answer questions as needed Conduct regular audits of human resources data to preserve its integrity and accuracy Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality locking files and following data distribution SOP Cross-train with HRIS Manager to provide coverage as necessary Assist with onboarding for new hires Handle unemployment cases Handle all other HR and administrative duties as assigned Other projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1-2 years of HRIS experience Workday HCM experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field Strong collaboration and alignment skills with the ability to communicate effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products especially Excel Project Management – ability to assess, plan, prioritize, and implement HR solutions timely & effectively Why Coyote?
