What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collaborative Physician position at CPN?
MUST BE LICENSED IN FLORIDA, RESIDENCE WITHIN 70 MILES OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FL IS PREFERED.
We are looking for a physician with experience in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery to act as a Collaborative Physician for a Nurse Practitioner providing medspa services.
Responsibilities
- Be available for telephone consultations with nurse
- Accept Telehealth consults if needed
- Review any charts, if required by the state
- Review and sign administrative documents for practice
- Maintain malpractice insurance
Skills
- Proven experience as a physician
- Supportive of nurse practitioner and nurse business owners
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Respect for patient’s confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- MD or DO degree and valid license to practice the profession
