As an Electronic Device Repair Technician at CPR, you will be a crucial part of our team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring the functionality of various electronic devices. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using your technical expertise to restore devices to their optimal condition. Your key responsibilities will include:

Diagnose and Repair: Assess electronic devices to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs to bring devices back to working order.
Component Replacement: Replace and repair damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, buttons, and more.
Software Troubleshooting: Address software issues, including firmware updates, system resets, and application troubleshooting.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure the repaired devices meet our standards of functionality and appearance.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to provide repair estimates, explanations of issues, and completion timelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow safety guidelines and procedures when handling electronic devices and repair equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of various electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
