The store manager acts as the store’s team leader. You are responsible for the day to day operations of the store. As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and playing off of your teammates strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and reoccurring issues in the front, and the back end of the business. You should have (at least) a basic understanding of all aspects of your business.

- Delegating work so that all stay busy and overseeing all above jobs
- Ordering Parts and Supplies
- Overall, responsible for operations of store and management of employees
- Opening and closing when needed
- Oversee the appearance of store with special emphasis on retail area
- Oversee Manage flow of devices for repair
- Scheduling of entire staff, including technicians, office manager, and sales staff (Sales or Store MGR)
- Stay current on industry trends
- Sales/developing and maintaining relationships with carrier employees (Sales or Store MGR))
- Handles all Customer service issues
- Maintaining store filing system
- Participate in job interviews
- Handle RMA’s
- Estimate requests from Emails
- Facebook and other social Media Updates
- Payroll
- Keeping employees productive
