Our Technicians are problem solvers who specialize in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including phones, tablets, computers, laptops, game consoles and much more. We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs.
Responsibilities: Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service
Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
Face-to-face customer service experience
Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Sales experience is a big plus, as you will be selling phones, tablets, and other electronics
Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
*Compensation is based on prior relevant experience
