Who We Are

This Role
We need a systems-focused multi-tasker to answer customer calls, enter information into our ticketing system, create work orders, contact vendors, and dispatch technicians. A key part of this role is to ensure all required documentation is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Must-Haves
- Excellent customer service
- Strong desire to help, with knack for problem solving
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Team player and sharer of knowledge
- Great communicator: both verbal and written
- Comfortable with negotiation (within given parameters)
Bonus Points
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree
- Related experience (two years ideal)
- Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Teams/Outlook
Location, location, location
Our Maitland, Florida office is conveniently located near I-4 and SR 414. Small yet delightful, we offer a friendly, casual, and hard-working environment. Just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, we are close to great restaurants and to great restaurants and recreation centers.
Schedule
We cover customer needs around the clock. This shift is to cover Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 9pm Eastern. We are on a hybrid schedule with part of the time in-office, part of the time working from home. Once fully trained, we have an on-call rotation once every 4-6 weeks to provide additional support over the weekend.
Note: Training is held Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern for the first 4-6weeks.
