Health Care Scrum Master

Description:

The Master Data Management (MDM) ScrumMaster will be responsible to drive lean, efficient, value driven delivery of the MDM/RDM platform(s) and to support data management & governance initiatives.  Experience:

1. Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) (preferred) or other similar tool sets such as JIRA, Rally, Kanban, etc.
2. Three (3) plus years' experience in scrum master role supporting technical product solutions, software development, and/or healthcare data management with preferred experience with master data management and/or data development projects.
3. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills with superior organizational and problem- solving skills.
4. Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred

Skills/Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, data development platforms, tools and deployment technologies
• Experience with both Agile & traditional project management principles & practices.
• Acts as Release Manager
• Develops Program Increments (Features, Epics, User Stories, Tasks) with experience in story estimations
• Ability to track, develop, and groom PBIs (User Stories) using experience supporting SDLC
• Coordinates sprint planning, sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Works with the Technical Product Owner to understand priorities and actively manages sprints according to priorities managing defects, impediments, and changes.
• Supports Principal MDM/DG Consultant in Strategic Planning through PI Development to ensure MDM Program production releases are delivered by expectations as set by Data Governance Program Director
• Manages MDM Backlogs for client facing (business requirements), technical development, and operational support stories.
• Coaches team on Agile methodologies to increase team efficiency, provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
