Overview:
Cracker Barrel is on the search for a Customer Service Lead to join the team at our Distribution Center in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will p rovide customer service support and issues resolution to the Retail Managers concerning merchandise/product, order shipments, customer orders, and billing information. You will also serve as a liaison between Field Management and the Distribution Center.
Responsibility:
High School diploma and 1-2 years customer service experience.
Strong oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including basic Excel
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Basic math skills Knowledge of workplace safety practices
Ability to lift 50 pounds and knowledge of proper body mechanics

Responsibility:
- Receives, documents, and logs all calls and emails from stores concerning guest requests, late routes, adding supplies to their weekly order, and any over/short discrepancies. Keys supply orders and/or corrections into Retek, and coordinates most efficient and cost-effective method of shipment with DC team and Logistics. Contacts appropriate personnel concerning product issues and information system issues.
- Documents and coordinates special order shipments request from Home Office depts with Shipping, Logistics, and Administration.
- May assist in preparing UPS shipments and/or picking merchandise for special orders.
