How Will You Contribute to the Company?

 

 

Cradlepoint is looking for a full-time intern to participate in our 12-week internship program supporting the field of channel marketing. The ideal candidate is interested in a challenging, fast-paced environment to gain real-world skills in marketing. Our marketing team is focused on building a pipeline through marketing strategies, tactics, and execution both directly and indirectly with and through our channel. In this role, the right candidate would focus on numerous aspects of channel marketing, including but not limited to supporting channel marketing plans and activities, channel communications and updates externally and internally, and pre and post-marketing program setup, execution, and reporting. The successful candidate will also participate with the team in new projects. 

 

What Will You Do?

 

  • Create partner campaigns through email demand generation, digital advertisements, and other avenues
  • Manage the social media calendar for external channel partners; assist with messaging and copywriting for social posts to increase partner engagement
  • Maintain the partner portal and global partner sales team internal resources to increase content consumption and tool adoption
  • Assist in the planning and execution of key partner events such as the Partner Advisory Council, annual Partner Summit, and other regional events
  • Support consolidation and presentation of marketing plans and reporting globally
  • Suggest new marketing strategies, tactics, and ideas to the marketing team
  • Participate in professional meetings, including team, marketing, and cross-functional enterprise meetings

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Passionate about B2B Marketing 
  • Actively pursuing a degree in marketing
  • 0-6 months experience in channel marketing
  • Able to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
  • Work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • Possess a desire to learn new technologies, a curiosity to figure out how things work, and a passion for improving marketing outcomes

 

Bonus Points: 

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite apps (Photoshop, InDesign), and Salesforce is a plus

Compensation and Benefits at Cradlepoint

Your Pay:  

The hourly rate for this position is listed below.  The actual hourly rate offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.   

  

  • $15.08 - 24.78 / hr

 

Your Financial Security:  

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Cradlepoint’s 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. As an intern, you will be eligible to participate in the program after completing over 1,000 service hours.
