What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Canning Line Operator position at Craft Canning + Printing?
Craft Canning Printing was founded in 2012 and has grown into the West’s premier mobile packaging provider with locations in Oregon, Washington and the Front Range of Colorado. With 1,000,000 barrels of experience, several gold medals, extensive QC and professional machine operators, we take pride in helping breweries, wineries, or cideries expand into professionally packaged products.
We are looking to fill a full-time, Canning Line Operator position. Work onsite at some of the biggest names with some of the best people in the craft beer, cider & wine industry in our area. We can and bottle beer, cider, wine, coffee, soda, and more!
Our operators must be able to work safely in a fast paced production environment, lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly and stand throughout a shift. There can be long hours, typically Monday-Friday, however scheduling will often allow 3 days off per week.
Experience in food/beverage, production brewery, or sanitary packaging is preferred, but if you have a good work ethic this will be a great job for you. Mechanical ability and experience in a production environment a plus. We are looking for a hardworking person who is passionate about packaging quality beverages and set their standards high.
Some light travel is required, usually 3-4 days per month. Must be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record, including no DUI’s.
