In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a residential and commercial painting business, but you won’t be alone because you’ll have the support of the entire team behind Craftwork, with the opportunity to learn from our experiences building the business across multiple markets in the Southeast.
We’re looking for a true self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can operate autonomously, adapt to new concepts and tools, and openly share feedback with the broader company, to help us further build the Craftwork brand. If you’re action-oriented and organized, a strong communicator who consistently generates new ideas, and have an excellent track record of managing people and time - this may be the opportunity for you!
You’ll launch and grow the Craftwork business in Nashville, TN from the ground up with support from the HQ team, which includes: - Managing the P&L and establishing (or exceeding) profitability standards - Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and managing the painting crew and leadership - Selling Craftwork painting services to residential and commercial customers - Establishing and growing the Craftwork brand presence online and offline - Managing rapid and helpful customer support and communication - Maintaining the Craftwork quality standards with every project - Anticipating and solving problems with creativity, prioritization, and perseverance
