When we first launched on December 1, 2015, our business was a craft beer marketplace that delivered delicious, small-batch local craft beers to offices throughout the city. We have since evolved into a full-service food & beverage management platform for offices across the world. Some of our biggest name customers are Yelp, Sprout Social, WeWork, Tempus, G2, and Ferrara!
Overview:
The Sales Development Representatives (SDR), reporting to their partner Enterprise Sales Executive, will drive significant and sustained revenue growth through inbound lead qualification and sales process support. Each SDR will be responsible for achieving one of the three below outcomes for each marketing generated lead that lands on their desk:
Qualify inbound Enterprise leads through clear market context and subsequently schedule a separate kickoff call with the client and the Enterprise Sales Executive
Where clear market context is unavailable, qualify inbound leads through an initial discovery call
Where clear market context is available and indicates that this inbound lead is not a fit for our Enterprise program, run and end-to-end sales process for one of Crafty’s SMB offerings
Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries and collaborate with the other SDRs to improve the workflow and response strategy for these inbound leads
Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
Effectively partner and work across the sales & marketing teams
Work closely with the team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
Schedule appointments and demos for our sales executives
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over video call, email, and phone
Act as the subject matter expert on Crafty’s product offerings

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value
Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead

BA/BS degree or relevant experience
